We chose this piece of work because we really enjoyed not only the end result of this wonderful poster but also the process of which how we obatained the pictures.

It was great fun exploring the school for places to shoot our pictures and the things we did like trying to jump at the same time for a photo was very enjoyable! We are very proud of how this poster turned up be it the graphics, theme

and also layout.

¡Sound recording in Tescam

( Functions of the tascam, inputs, channel settings if its stereo or mono, control of gain and levels while monitoring the metre. How to create , rename or delete a project. How does the different format of sound affects the quality.)

¡Fitting the right sound into videos
(Base on the right “feel” of the video, add in the suitable sound and effects to make enhance the video’s impact to audiences)

Photography settings
 -Aperture, shuttle speed, ISO can affect the picture as all plays apart in the light’s sensitivity.)


Basic photoshop settings (Different colour and Dimension settings for print and on screen.Also the formats to be exported and saved.)

In all, this is what we have learnt for all the 15 weeks!

¡Video recording 

( Planning before hand about location, storyline etc..Consider the different angles, lightings, shot size, audio clarity etc.)

¡Video editing settings

( The different formats for different situations, organising data, layers ,export settings, screen resolution etc.)

¡Photoshop Skills( using the different tools, masking, crop, gradient , colour features, lasso tool, quick selection tool etc..all these can affect our work at the end of the day)

¡Sound editing( Making sure the waves are of equal levels, clearing of unwanted sounds, equalization and volume.)

¡Video editing ( Adding effects to make sure transition of the video has a good flow, Adding in audios that matches the video.)

¡Dreamweaver( Using HTML to create websites, resolutions, different tabs, links, organising the codes and files to reduce the size of the web. Also, knowing the differen file formats available in webs.)

¡Flash( different FPS for different screen size, symbols, type, motion tween, keyframes, using different formats to save/ export in.)

.:Best of Port-Folios- Video Editing using Adobe Premium Pro:.

-Work by Natalie

Chose this work out of the others because i really enjoyed doing the process of video recording as well as the editing in the Adobe Premium Pro. Learning the various considerations in a video production project such as the storyboard, location, lighting and ambience sound.

Collating everything like the sounds of audio and visuals during editing can be a little tedious but the results at the end of the day can be very satisfy to the eye.
